🏷️ Identity & classification
Rename the tenant and set its account type. Account type separates real customers from our own internal, test, and demo accounts. Internal tenants are protected and can never be deactivated or deleted.
👑 Feature override (comp)
Grant a feature tier independent of what they pay — e.g. Elite features at the Starter price. Set to "No override" to clear it and revert to the paid plan.
💳 Billing plan
What the tenant is billed for. The Paddle webhook normally manages this — change it only to comp a plan directly or fix a stuck status.
⏳ Extend trial
Push the trial end date out by a number of days from today.
🚪 Offboarding
Deactivate blocks this customer from logging in but keeps their data (reversible). Delete permanently erases all of their data and cannot be undone.
